With more than 21 years in the consulting industry having consulted for several dozen multi-million dollar enterprises. He has advised on just about every aspect in business with an emphasis on finance and tax. The business types have included oil and gas, insurance, automotive finance, and retail. He has an MBA in Finance, enrolled as an Enrolled Agent and is currently directs the tax resolution program. 

MBA – The Master of Business Administration (MBA or M.B.A.) is a master’s degree in business administration (management). The MBA degree originated in the United States in the early 20th century when the country industrialized and companies sought scientific approaches to management.

EA – An enrolled agent (EA) is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels—examination, collection, and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service.

RFC® (Registered Financial Consultant) – A qualified consultant who helps others understand the new and various options in financial services and who is capable of developing a customized financial plan that fits their unique circumstances. This is awarded by the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.

CES™ (Certified Estate and Trust Specialist) – Is a board-certified designation that demonstrates that the person can provide a range of services that includes estate planning and asset repositioning. This is a designation awarded by the Institute of Business and Finance.

CEP® (Certified Estate Planner) – Is awarded by the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. This designation is awarded to individuals who have in depth knowledge in reference to the roles that wills, and trusts play in estate planning.
