She began her career in financial services as an Accounting Manager for one of the top publishing companies in Chicago for over 7 years. Moving to California in 2008, Elle broadened her background in financing by working closely with struggling homeowners in jeopardy of losing their homes. Restructuring and negotiating loan terms between banks and homeowners grew Elle’s passion for helping clients find their best financial options.
For the last 10 years Elle has traveled the country with many self made millionaires; Marko Rubel, Loral Langemier, Lou Brown, David Lindahl, just to name a few. She has been instrumental in funding millions of dollars. Elle’s assistance in customizing funding solutions has contributed to the growth of hundreds of small businesses across the country including her own.

Hailing from Chicago, Illinois Dennis was introduced to the world of property renovations at a young age. While learning carpentry, Dennis became a Realtor and Appraiser for over 13 years. He soon began to fix & flip millions of dollars of properties across the city of Chicago. Dennis has been involved with over 14 million dollars of real estate transactions.
